Lance Corporal Alexander Francois Foltyniewicz was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in 1894, in Marylebone, the son of baker Jan and Aurelia Foltyniewicz, of Germany and France, respectively.

Foltyniewicz died on 26 August 1918, during the Allied Hundred Days Offensive on the Western Front, while serving with the 4th Battalion, The Duke of Cambridge's Own (Middlesex Regiment).

He is buried in Grevillers British Cemetery,
