Private Archibald Beck Larson was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.
He was born in 1899, in South Shields, the son of Danish-born "donkeyman" mariner Peter and Agnes Hamilton Larson (née Beck), of Durham. At the time of the 1911 census, Larson was living with his family at 7 St Mary's Terrace.
Aged 17 (below the minimum age required for overseas service), Larson died on 20 July 1916, during the Somme Offensive, while serving with 8th (Service) Battalion, The East Yorkshire Regiment.
He is buried in Quarry Cemetery, Montauban.
