Private Arthur Guiseppe P. Ciceri was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in 1899, in Holborn, the son of Italian-born parents Giacomo (James), a parquet floor layer by trade, and Frances Ciceri. At the time of the 1911 census, the Ciceri family were residing at 197 Pentonville Road, King's Cross.

Ciceri died on 13 September 1918, of wounds received on the Western Front, while serving with the 6th (Service) Battalion, The Dorsetshire Regiment.

He is buried in Varennes Military Cemetery.
