Private Carlos ("Charles") Gonzalez was a Canadian soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.
On enlistment, he gave his place of birth as Montreal, Canada, and was the son of Juan and Aminta Gonzalez, of Barranquilla, Colombia.
Gonzalez died on 31 October 1917, on the Western Front, while serving with the 20th (Tyneside Scottish) Battalion, The Northumberland Fusiliers.
He is buried in Mendinghem Military Cemetery, Poperinge, Belgium.
