Lieutenant Cyril Raymond Valgren was an English officer of the British Army who died during the Second World War.

He was born in 1918, in Hammersmith, the youngest son of Swedish-born Karl and Annette Valgren (née Hallberg), of London.

Valgren died on 8 November 1944, of wounds received in the Italian Campaign,[1] while serving with the 2/4th Battalion, The Hampshire Regiment. He had married, in 1943, to Violet Goatcher, with whom he had a son, Roy.

He is buried in Meldola War Cemetery.
