Private Francisco ("Francis") Serrano was a soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in San Vincente, Spain, the son of Leon and Melitona Serrano, later of Methyr Tydfil, Wales, where his father would be employed by an iron works. At the time of the 1911 census, Serrano was working as a collier while living with his family at 9 Alphonso Street.

Aged 21, Serrano died on 13 October 1915, of wounds received during the Gallipoli Campaign, while serving with the 11th (Service) Battalion, The Manchester Regiment. On his enlistment at Pontypridd, Serrano claimed his place of birth to be Dowlais. 

Serrano has no known grave and is commemorated by the Helles Memorial.
