Private Franciscus ("Frank") Cascarino was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in 1896, in Stourbridge, the son of Italian-born Domenico, a surface boat loader at a colliery, and Jane Cascarino (née Adcock), of Halesbury. At the time of the 1911 census, the younger Cascarino was working as a horse driver at a colliery while living with his family at 56 New Street, Bridgtown.

Cascarino died in German captivity on 18 September 1918, having served on the Western Front with the 6th Battalion, Machine Gun Corps (Infantry). He had formerly belonged to the South Staffordshire Regiment.

He is buried in Niederzwehren Cemetery.
