Private Fernando F. ('Frank') Rodriguez was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in 1882, in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, the son of Spanish coal merchant Manuel and Frances Rodriguez, of Gateshead. The younger Rodriguez became employed as a ship brokers clerk and later as a foreign correspondent for a coal exporters.

Rodriguez died on 10 May 1917, during the Allied Arras Offensive, while serving on the Western Front with the 10th (Service) Battalion, The Durham Light Infantry.

He has no grave and is commemorated by the Arras Memorial.
