Private Frederick William Sonneborn was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.
He was born in 1894, in Southport, Lancashire, the son of German-born fur skin dresser Herman and Mary Sonneborn (née Little), of Aberdeen. At the time of the 1911 Census, the Sonneborn family were residing at 21 Clarendon Place, Southport.
Sonneborn died on 16 September 1916, of wounds received on the Western Front, while serving with the 7th Battalion, The King's (Liverpool Regiment).
He is buried in Heilly Station Cemetery, Mericourt L'Abbe.
