Private Harry Guy A Michels was an English marine of the Royal Navy who died during the First World War.

He was born on 23 July 1897, in Bevois Town, Southampton, the son of Belgian shipping clerk Ghislain and Lily Michels (née Cull), of Milbrook. At the time of the 1911 census, the Michel family were residing at 45 Northumberland Road. When he enlisted in the Royal Marine Light Infantry on 24 August 1914, Michels was working as a shop assistant.[1]

Michels died on 27 May 1915, at Helles beachead, while serving with the Deal Battalion, Royal Naval Division, in the Gallipoli Campaign.

He is buried in Redoubt Cemetery, Helles.
