Private Henry Robert ("Harry") Rothenburg was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.
He was born in 1896, in Hull, the son of German-born parents Henry, a skin dresser by trade, and Annie Rothenburg. At the time of the 1911 census, the Rothenburg family were residing at 16 West-Gate, Driffield.
Rothenburg died on 22 April 1918, during the German Spring Offensive on the Western Front, while serving with the 13th Battalion, The Royal Welsh Fusiliers. He had formerly belonged to the Denbighshire Yeomanry.
He has no known grave and is commemorated by the Pozieres Memorial.
