Hyman Moscovsky

Private Hyman Moscovsky was an English soldier of the British Army who died  during the First World War.

He was born in 1897, in London, the son of Russian-born tailors Lewis and Leah Moscovsky. At the time of the 1911 Census, the Moscovsky family were residing at 8 Spelman Street.

Moscovsky died on 2 August 1918, on the Western Front, while serving with the 1st Battalion, The Buffs (East Kent Regiment).

He has no known grave and is commemorated by the Tyne Cot Memorial.
