Second Lieutenant John Frederick Louis Sieber was an English officer of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in 1896, in Durham, the son of German pork butchers John Frederick and Barbara Sieber. When war broke out in 1914, Sieber was studying engineering at Armstrong College.[1]

Sieber died on 4 October 1916, of wounds received on the Western Front, while serving with the 6th (Service) Battalion (Pioneers), The East Yorkshire Regiment.

He is buried in Wimereux Communal Cemetery.
