Judah Kalminsky

Private Judah Kalminsky was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in Spitalfields, the son of Russian-born parents Jacob, a tailor by profession, and Sarah Kalminsky. At the time of the 1911 census, the younger Kalminsky had followed into his father's trade and was living with his family at 13 Stutfield Street, Commercial Road.

Aged 26, Kalminsky died on 27 October 1918, on the Western Front, while serving with the 111th Corps Troops Mechanical Transport Company, Army Service Corps.

He is buried in Cambrin Military Cemetery.
