Pilot Officer Keith Bartram Chiazzari was a South African airman of the Royal Air Force who died during the Second World War.

He was born in South Africa, the son of Henry William and Elsie Honoria Chiazzari, of Scottsville, Natal.

Aged 19, Chiazzari died on 14 September 1939 when his training aircraft Hawker Audax (serial K7479) crashed east of Drem, Scotland. The passenger, Pilot Officer Frederick Bishop, of Australia, also died.

He is buried in Dirleton Cemetery.
