Lance Corporal Laurence Boodson was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.
He was born in 1890, in Nottingham, the son of Russia-born tailor Nathan and Rose Boodson (née Caro), of London. At the time of the 1911 census, Boodson had followed his father into the tailoing trade.
Boodson died on 4 June 1915, during the Third Battle of Krithia, while serving with the 1/6th Battalion, The Manchester Regiment during the Gallipoli Campaign.
He has no known grave and is commemorated by the Helles Memorial.
