Rifleman Louis (Luigi) Antonio P. Romanini was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.
He was born in 1896, in London, the son of Italian-born parents Angelo and Teresa Romanini. At the time of the 1911 Census, the Romanini family, the head of whom was working as an ice merchant's carman, were residing at 29 Sutton Street.
Romanini died on 7 August 1916, on the Western Front, while serving with the 2nd Battalion, The Prince Consort's Own (Rifle Brigade).
He is buried in Vermelles British Cemetery, France.
