Private Michael Armstrong was an Irish soldier of the British Army who died during the Second World War.

He was born in Ireland, the son of George and Anne Armstrong, of Carrick-on-Shannon, County Leitrim.

Aged 30, Armstrong died on 15 March 1943, in Algeria during the North African Campaign, while serving with the 3rd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment.

He is buried in Bone War Cemetery, Annaba.
