Private Noah Van Lockem (or Lochem) was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in 1896, in Whitechapel, the son of Dutch-born parents Philip, a cigar maker, and Hannah Van Lockem. At the time of the 1911 Census, the Van Lockem family were residing at 123 Brunswick Buildings.

Van Lockem died on 14 May 1917, during the Arras Offensive, while serving with the 2/1st (City of London) Battalion (Royal Fusiliers), The London Regiment on the Western Front.

He has no known grave and is commemorated by the Arras Memorial.
