Sapper Paul Silvestre Cavallo was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in 1895, in London, the son of Italian-born tailor Paul and Mary Elizabeth (née Lutitt). At the time of the 1911 census, the younger Cavallo had followed into his father's trade and was living with his family at 23 Churchill Road, Willesden Green.

Cavallo died on 23 October 1916, of wounds received in the Salonika theatre, while serving with the 127th Field Company, Royal Engineers. He had previously served in France, from September 1915. A younger brother, Ernest, a private in the Bedfordshire Regiment, died in 1918, on the Western Front.

He is buried in Karasouli Military Cemetery.
