Rifleman Raphael Charles Weil was an English soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.

He was born in 1893, at Islington, the son of Samuel and Bertha Koski (née Weil), of London. At the time of the 1911 census, the younger Koski was working as a stockbroker's clerk while living with his family at 102 Grosvenor Road, Highbury.

Aged 23, Weil died on 25 September 1916, during the Somme Offensive, while serving on the Western Front with the 9th (County of London) Battalion (Queen Victoria's Rifles), The London Regiment.

He is buried in Combles Communal Cemetery Extension.
