Flight Sergeant Saul David ("Solly") Lazarus was an English airman of the Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve who died during the Second World War.

He was born in 1921, in Salford, the son of Abraham and Fanny Lazarus (née Cosofski), who had been born in Austria and Russia, respectively.

Lazarus, a pilot with 332 (Dutch) Squadron, died on 19 March 1945, when his Supermarine Spitfire (serial RR205) exploded mid-air while engaged on bomb training near Schijndel, in the Netherlands.[1]

He is buried in Bergen-op-Zoom War Cemetery.
