Private Stewart (or Stuart) Ernest Harris was a Welsh soldier of the British Army who died during the First World War.
He was born in 1893, in Cardiff, the son of Hyman, a pawnbroker, and Esther Harris (née Joseph), of Cambridge and Cardiff, respectively. At the time of the 1911 census, the younger Harris was assisting in the business while living with his family at 95 Globe Street.
Harris died on 26 August 1915, on the Western Front, while serving with the 8th (Service) Battalion, The South Staffordshire Regiment.
He is buried in Voormezeele Enclosure No. 3 , Belgium.
